Gold Hematite is not 100% non tarnish but regular hand-washing should be fine. For a longer lasting piece, please try to avoid strong chemicals like laundry detergent, perfumes, sunscreen, scented lotions, body oils, household cleaners....etc. Sometimes body sweat can also make them tarnish quicker depending on each person.
